Congratulations to winner, Alex Moiseyev. Alex Holmes finished 2^nd and may challenge Alex Moiseyev in 11-Man Ballot World Title Match. All player played 8 rounds Swiss in one group with no repair round.  Brian Hinkle was the highest finisher of those who registered for "Majors" and wins Majors Title (+$150). Watson Franks wins District 8 (+$450) and Texas State (+$400) titles. Tanya (Tetiana) Zaitseva was highest finishing woman.  Referees were Richard Beckwith and Alex Holmes. Alex Moiseyev won the side 3-Move Blitz Tournament and won $300. Alex Holmes was 2^nd in the Blitz event and won $200. Door prizes were also awarded.
